Our focus begins with real property. We represent hundreds of homeowner and condominium associations, advising them as to both day-to-day governance and litigation. We also represent residential and commercial property owners, landlords, and tenants in transactions and litigation.
We also represent owners, general contractors, and subcontractors with respect to disputes surrounding the improvements built on real property. Our attorneys have experience navigating the complex maze of multi-party construction disputes, and the attendant insurance issues that inevitably arise. Representing both owners and contractors has given us the ability to understand and identify strengths and weaknesses on both sides of the coin.
Our commercial litigation practice combines effective advocacy with sage, results-driven advice in business and partnership disputes.
