Amy is a litigator and trusted advisor with seventeen years of experience practicing law. Her primary clientele are community associations located in Snohomish, King, Pierce, Thurston, and Kitsap Counties. While Amy frequently represents association clients on a wide variety of governance issues, collection and enforcement matters, and governing document amendments, she also handles unique projects. These include declaration reinstatements, association loans, repair of significant damage to condominiums including engagement of professionals and obtaining owner approval, and condemnation awards. Amy is passionate about tackling tough issues, has a broad knowledge base, and works collaboratively with her clients to achieve the best results.
In addition to practicing community association law, Amy also represents clients in real estate disputes involving quiet title, adverse possession, property damage, and general civil litigation.
