Dave represents homeowner and condominium associations located throughout Western Washington. As an experienced community association attorney, Dave assists his clients with issues such as assessment collection, covenant enforcement, litigation services, counseling boards of directors, and the drafting of governing documents.
In addition to community association law, Dave's practice involves civil litigation, the representation of buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, and the representation of creditors in Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies.

Dave played two years of basketball in college. He remains a college sports fan. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, playing recreational sports, and spending time with his wife and two children.
