Tom is an experienced and adept litigator, having represented property owners and developers, homeowner and condominium associations, contractors, small businesses and regional companies in the state and federal courts of Washington (and Connecticut) for over 20 years. Tom’s practice emphasizes real property and construction disputes, as well as complex property damage matters, including water trespass and landslide issues. Tom also has the experience to help navigate the often complex insurance coverage issues associated with tort and construction defect claims. He also advises small businesses and partnerships in internal disputes and as to day-to-day organizational matters.
