Tom is an experienced and adept litigator, having represented individuals, regional companies, small businesses, and property developers in the state and federal courts of Washington (and Connecticut) for over 19 years. Tom’s litigation experience includes real property, construction, business, and commercial landlord-tenant disputes, as well as complex torts. He has guided commercial landlords through the complexities of their tenants’ large and small-scale bankruptcies, advocated for property owners involved in disputes with neighbors, and both defended and prosecuted construction defect claims on behalf of project owners and contractors.
